Viridiflora

Viridiflora tulips are late-flowering tulips. It is a distinctive appearance with its green stripes or green flamed markings on the outer petals. Viridiflora tulips have their origins in Iran and Afghanistan. This tulip came to the Netherlands in the 16th century, where it used to be widely stolen from fields because of its beauty. This flower looks very beautiful in the garden and in a vase as a cut flower.
