Our natural products are grown with the greatest possible care and are of excellent quality. The legal guarantee applies to all our items that you buy in the webshop. This means that a product must be in good condition and should function properly with normal use and proper care, which in the case of natural products means: growing.

If you notice something on the bulb or if the growth is disappointing, please contact us so that we can look for a suitable solution. Due to availability and growing seasons, replacement may not be possible until the next harvest season. Damage due to improper care or frost is not covered by the warranty conditions.
