We find it annoying if a product does not comply to our standards. To make a claim under the warranty, it is important that you contact our customer service as soon as possible via [email protected]. In consultation we will look for the best solution.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of return, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
You have a 100% quality warranty through our webshop. However, the products you buy through our web store are natural products, it may be for reasons that we cannot control that the product loses its quality. We always try to find a suitable solution for this.
If you notice damage, defect or shortage, we would like to receive photos of the product, shipping label, inner packaging and the entire size of the item so that we can offer you a suitable solution faster. If the products are no longer in your possession because they have been thrown away, we can unfortunately no longer offer warranty.
Note: Flower bulbs will not be shipped between July 1 and September 1 and between December 20 and January 6. During this period you place a pre-order. After this period, the shipping period may be slightly longer than usual.
