Delivery and Track & Trace
Our bulbs are delivered from mid-September to early December. The exact date depends on the weather, it is not possible to ship the bulbs when it is to warm. We do everything we can to deliver on the promised delivery time. If that does not work, we will inform you. Keep an eye on your track & trace for the most current information. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a track & trace number, so that you can track your order online.
Not at home upon Delivery
Nobody home? Then your package will be delivered to the neighbors or to a DPD delevery point in the area. You will receive an instruction card with a "non-home code". With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.
Delay
Have you not (yet) received your order or received it too late? Sometimes delivery takes a little longer than normal with the delivery services. In some cases it may be due to force majeure that your package will arrive 1 to 2 days later. If this is not the case, it is best to contact our customer service via [email protected]. We will be happy to help you further.
Delivery abroad
We deliver to all countries that are members of the European Union. Unfortunately, we cannot supply consumer packaging outside the EU. Here, additional obligations are imposed on the shipments. Bulbs have to be inspected and many different documents have to be submitted for this, so that the costs are very high and sometimes hundreds of euros in costs are added.
